CLASS SETUP:

For the first 2 months of your stay as a penguin student, you will get weekly links to a course outline and you can watch and study them. The course outline includes recorded videos, google slides, and worksheets so you can track your progress.

We recommend that you watch and study all of these materials first before joining the Live classes for you to learn the basic topics and not to get overwhelmed with what is being currently discussed in the Live classes. Although we do not recommend that you join the Live in your first month, you can still join the classes so long as you still study the weekly materials we will send you.

SUBSCRIPTION RULES

For bank deposit:

Clients will be reminded to finish check out before the month ends. Reminder for check out will be sent on the 25th of every month. 3-month and 6-month tickets are non-refundable

Time reset:

Monthly subscription covers from the 1st of the month until the end of the month.

For New Subscribers:

New subscribers are encouraged to subscribe during the beginning of the month. Joining in the middle of the month is acceptable, but it's not financially beneficial.

Leaving KPA:

If you wish to leave KPA, please inform us at least 5 days before the month ends. Informing us at least 5 days before the month ends gives us enough time to take note of it and also to start the process of removing your access from all of KPA's platforms. For credit card subscribers, after informing us about leaving, please unsubscribe by yourself. If you need assistance from us in canceling your monthly subscription, it will take us 5 days. After removing your access from all platforms, a feedback form will be sent to you to fill out. Please fill out the feedback form, it would be very helpful for us.

Important Note:

If you failed to inform us about leaving before the month ends and only informed us when the new month has started already, you are encouraged to continue for the next month's subscription as you may have already consumed some of the materials for the new month.
